We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff demonstrated a high level of customer service awareness and professionalism. The lady at the reception greeted us with a sweet smile and the gentleman who helped at the dinner lounge and breakfast floor was very attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect, with important landmarks and the parliament building right in front of it. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived a few hours early and one of the front desk ladies allowed us to check in early, even though they mentioned that they were not flexible with check-in time. She also prepared a lunch box for us since we were missing out on breakfast due to our early morning flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, with delicious samsa and manty. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
